How long will it take for my jewelry to arrive?
Typically, please expect 8-12 business days for delivery to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
For other international destinations, delivery might take between 12-25 business days. Should your order not arrive within these estimated time frames, please reach out to our support team at support@auraveri.com for assistance.
All orders can be returned within 30 days.
Just drop us an email within 30 days of receiving your parcel if you'd like a refund or exchange. We'll then send over easy-to-follow instructions for returning your jewelry.
Are there any shipping costs?
For orders under $80 a shipping cost of $5.95 is charged.
All orders over $80 will be delivered for free.
Can I still change my order?
We aim to start processing your order as soon as it’s placed. As a result, changes to your order may not be possible if requested more than 2 hours after your purchase.
Please note: Once your order has been prepared for shipping, no further modifications can be made.
How can I track my order?

Where do I enter my discount code?
During the initial stage of checkout, you’ll find a box below your order summary to enter your discount code. Apply the code, and enjoy your discount! Remember, only one discount code can be used per order.
